Bookings

You can book online through our booking page or directly with us by WhatsApp or phone. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us or the booking system. Prices on this website are starting rates per night; the final price depends on dates, room and number of guests and is shown before you pay.

Payment and cancellation

Payment, deposit and cancellation terms depend on the rate and booking channel. They are shown during online booking or sent to you before we confirm a direct booking.

Guests

• Each room or villa includes the number of guests stated in its description.
• An extra guest is ₱600 per person per night, up to the room’s maximum.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out time is confirmed when you book. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability — ask us in advance.

During your stay

• Please respect the quiet of the garden and other guests, especially at night.
• The shared kitchen is for all guests — clean up after use.
• Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property.
• Keep valuables with you or locked away; we are not liable for items left unattended.

Tours, rentals and transfers

We help arrange tours, scooter and car rentals and airport transfers with local partners. These services are provided by the partners, under their own conditions.
